
John Henker is the founding partner of Henker Financial Partners. Since beginning his career in the financial services industry in 1993, he has built his practice around helping individuals and businesses make thoughtful, values-based financial decisions.
John focuses on wealth management, estate planning, and retirement planning, taking a life-centered approach that goes beyond numbers. He believes financial planning should reflect what matters most to each client, and he works closely with them to identify opportunities, navigate challenges, and build strategies that support long-term financial well-being.
With decades of experience, John is known for creating a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions, exploring options, and making informed decisions with confidence.
John began his career in financial services in 1993 and has spent more than three decades helping clients plan for the future and protect what matters most. Over the years, he has developed a reputation for thoughtful guidance, steady leadership, and a relationship-driven approach to planning.

John is a native of Deer Park, Washington, and later made his home in the Tri-Cities area, where he met his wife, Devon. Together, they have two children, Katie and Kenny, and three grandchildren, Paisley, Paxton, and Wyatt.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family, especially cheering on his grandchildren at their sporting events. He also enjoys traveling to Hawaii, relaxing with a good cocktail, and staying connected to the community he has called home for many years. While John jokingly describes himself as “pretty boring,” those who know him best appreciate his steady presence, sense of humor, and genuine care for the people around him.
